Baton Rouge – Senator Vitter has launched a new statewide TV ad pointing out the parallel universe where Melancon appears to live – a universe where, instead of helping out Louisiana families and workers, he’s voting for Wall Street bailouts and taxpayer-funded benefits for illegal immigrants. He’s even using YOUR money to pay for HIS luxury Chevy Tahoe.
“Louisiana needs a senator who will fight for them and against the Big Government agenda in Washington, D.C.,” said Republican Party of Louisiana Deputy Chairman Charlie Davis. “Melancon’s record of bailouts, handouts, and personal extravagance demonstrate he’s clearly not cut out for the job.”
